Service Description

This four hour clinic is led by Baillie Gardner. Baillie is a mental health advocate along with being a domestic violence survivor and advocate. Over the past 4 years Baillie has transformed her life from the inside out and wants to help other woman feel empowered, find themselves and live authentically. Over the four hours we will do many activities, crafts, meditations, discovering , sharing and supporting. Included in registration is a full kit put together by Baillie valued over $150. No horse experience needed - we will be using our mini horse Stella for some of the activities. Baillie wants to share some of the most critical things she has learned over the past four years, what she wishes she knew then and the activates that helped her transform her life, while helping other women overcome the struggles they face in todays society. Some of the activities included - - Journaling without limits - The Jar Theory - Fundamentals of Meditation - Grounding with Purpose - Reimagine your future -SMART Goal Planning -Find or Re-Find your inner light - Dream Theory - How Horses and other animals can help us cope and learn in ways we did not believe was possible - Self Discovery DIY .... and MORE Some Items Included : - Copy of Oprah Winfrey's Book " The Path Made Clear" - Journal - Self Care Card Deck - Meditation tools -Self Soothing & Distraction starter kit - Beautiful Crystals & Grounding tools - Writing Utensils - Journal for your Journey .... and so much more. There is a very limited number of spots available to keep this a small private comfortable group. This group will include a NDA for all participants to share a mutual trust of confidentiality. All materials included - Just bring yourself and be open to learning. Beverages and Snacks provided.
